  • 1 cup of kale (approximately 3 leaves)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 green apple

Preparation:

  • Wash the vegetables then dry them well.
  • Cut the cucumber, lemon and apple into small pieces.
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer, one at a time (roll up larger leaves along the stems before juicing).

  • 2 green apples, cored
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves

  • 1 medium cucumber, quartered
  • 2 cups kale

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Place the ingredients into a juicer in the following order: Water, kale, green apples, parsley leaves, cucumber, celery stalks, ginger and lemon juice.
  • Process all the ingredients using the highest setting on your juicer.
